Grasse, France: Perfume Capital of the World

We spent a three day weekend in Grasse and the surrounding area in March. It was a lovely wedding gift from Bernard's friends that we finally got around to taking a year after our wedding. I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely Grasse was - it hugged the sides of a mountain and the old town was charming. Here are some photos of this lovely town on the border of the Cote d'Azur and Provence, surrounded by the Alpes-Maritimes.

  1. Completely magical. And, again your photos have transported me to a world of history and storytelling. I am jealous. :)

  2. Hi, Lisa, thanks for your comment and compliment. We really enjoyed Grasse but we enjoy most of the places we visit in France. Come on by and visit soon. Cynthia
