Beautiful Wildlife in Florida

Tricolored heron

 
 Swallow tailed kite

Cattle egret
Green anole( iguanid family)
Roseate spoonbill  
Zebra swallowtail

  3. Nadege, the nature is beautiful...such diversity and the tropics produce some colorful creatures. But the landscape can get boring - flat, same brush everywhere, hiking trails all look the same unless you get by the water. The islands, sunsets, beaches are lovely if you can get near them during high season (crowds are horrible). Weather is great during the winter but suffocating during the summer. So like anywhere, there are pros and cons to living here. Cynthia
